In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. Turkish Güverment Law 6698 (“PDPA”), our Company, acting as the Data Controller, will process your personal data within the framework described below, associated with business purposes, including but not limited to usage, recording, storage, updating, transfer, and/or classification. In this context, our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the protection of your personal data, as required by the Law and Regulations aimed at protecting individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms, particularly the privacy of personal life, and preventing the unlawful processing and unauthorized access to personal data.
The target audience of this text includes all individuals whose personal data is processed by our Company, excluding our employees and job applicants to our Company.
The personal data processed as the data controller includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Name, surname, Turkish national identification number, address, phone number, email address, signature, physical space/security footage, call center/service quality voice recordings, bank account number, cookie records.
Purposes of processing personal data and legal reasons; Your personal data shared by you;
To benefit you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent from the products and services offered by our company; determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies, conducting marketing activities, and carrying out business development and planning activities, including but not limited to necessary studies,

The processing of personal data will be carried out for the purpose of participating in training, seminars, or events organized by our company.
Method of collection and storage of personal data: Your personal data shared with our company may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means, whether automated or non-automated. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. Necessary business processes and technical security infrastructure developments are implemented to ensure that your personal data obtained and stored by our company in the environments where they are stored are not subjected to unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, or damage
Your personal data will be processed with all necessary information security measures taken, under the condition that it will not be used for purposes and scope beyond those communicated to you, and will be stored and processed during the legal retention period or, if such a period is not specified, for the duration required by the processing purpose. At the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized to remove them from our company’s data flows.

Under Article 13(1) of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPA), you have the right to:
